Initially involved in this complex project as Principal Contractor, the client then appointed SEP Professional Services as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Principal Designer.
As the project progressed successfully, and the client was delighted with the professionalism and expertise of the SEP team, we were requested to lead the PMO role across the whole project, and provide support in Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Design.
The project installation environment was surrounded by live production areas, requiring very high standards of cleanliness and logistical control from our team. Risk assessments were continually implemented, and our teams had to mitigate disruption to a fully operational site.
This project was delivered to our client’s high expectations, and SEP has since been fully engaged in the next stage of the project, with overall leadership and delivery of the significant capital project. This included a second fully independent food production line with associated process equipment.
