Production Capacity Increase

SEP Professional Services were commissioned to take over this production capacity project, after sizable issues in its early phases of civil/structural installations. The project was a large extension of an existing building that would allow the clients engineering and production team to significantly increase production and plant room capacity over two floors.

Manufacturing Facility Upgrade

SEP Professional Services were requested to undertake the role of Project Manager for a significant manufacturing facility upgrade in a £150m project. Our team won this project on the back of our successful delivery of the Phase 2 project on the A350, valued at £250 million. The project upgraded an entire north-light roof structure over a live manufacturing facility.
